    Houston v. Tenant Healthcare Corp. et al. (Confidential settlement on behalf of expectant mother who lost her unborn son after doctors failed to timely perform C-section despite signs of severe fetal distress) 

    Wilder v. Rockdale County, et al. (Confidential settlement for wrongful death and civil rights violations of inmate who died in custody when Deputies failed to call for medical help). 

    Krista Surovec v. EL Ad, et al.; (Confidential settlement for wrongful death of husband shot and killed in apartment complex parking lot). 

    Damien Solomon v. Dillard’s et al.; Case Number: 2009A05517-7 Achieved one of the largest single-plaintiff jury verdict recoveries against Dillard’s, JHPII, LLC secured a $600,000 jury verdict on behalf of Damien Solomon for wrongful arrest. 

    While attending Emory University School of Law, he received a prestige award for exceptional achievement in Legal Research and Writing. Prior to founding JHPII, James started his career working as a CPA at Arthur Andersen & Co in Atlanta, Georgia.
